Context
A large number of clients enjoy the benefits of paid subscription but receive it for free or at a discounted price.
Project Objectives
✦ Decrease the number of complaints from preferential clients in mobile bank app and web version.
Process
1. Created a mindmap and indicate places in VTB app and web banking scenarios about subscription plans prices for preferential clients.
Problem
✦ А huge gap in mobile and web banking on reflecting correct tarification info. Preferential clients don’t receive info about their subscription plans changes - i.e. why notifications were disabled or why they started to pay for subscription plan although it was for free, so they sent a lot of complaints to the Bank.
2. Designed drafts and showed the main difference in scenarios for payroll and for preferential clients for the app and for browser version.
Key Results
✦ The number of complaints from preferential clients decreased on 15% for the 1Q2022.
✦ The gap in mobile and web banking in reflecting correct payment information was closed in a short time with a focus on text and minimal design changes.
