Some of the Russian banks faced the necessity of urgent response to new reality in 2022. The Bank suffered from deletion of the banking app from the AppStore and Google play and the change of the regular patterns of clients’ behavior.
Having carefully analyzed the new clients behavior we realized that more and more clients are now using web banking for their everyday transactions and even though they can review their SMS history with regards to banking notifications, web banking is considered to be the one place for everything with regards to your banking.
This is the reason why we developed notification feed in web banking.
