I joined VTB as a product designer in 2021.
Over the last year I designed and did CX / UX researches for two teams in Digital business department, who are in charge of Notification in VTB — Transactional and Service Notifications and Advertising Notifications. Our mail goals were savings in communication via push-messages, commission income.
